Refund and Return Policy
At Dink, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your custom pickleball paddle, you may return it under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
Timeframe:
Returns are accepted within 90 days of the delivery date.Shipping Costs:
All returns of custom or personalized paddles are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges of $10.Condition:
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Return Process
Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service at team@dinkusa.com to start a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.Return Approval:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your items back to us.Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process
Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the item.Method:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at team@dinkusa.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
