Return Eligibility

• Timeframe:

  Returns are accepted within 90 days of the delivery date.

• Shipping Costs:

  All returns of custom or personalized paddles are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges of $10.

• Condition:

  Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  Gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Process

• Initiate a Return:

  Contact our customer service at team@dinkusa.com to start a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

• Return Approval:

  Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your items back to us.

• Shipping:

  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

• Processing Time:

  Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the item.

• Method:

  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping Costs:

  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
